We Listen.
We Organize.

We Transform.

We go to extraordinary lengths to harness the collective brilliance of overlooked individuals, shaping our agenda through thousands of hours of listening, ensuring our decisions reflect the true needs of our community.

How We Create Lasting Change

We Co-Create With Experts

Experts recognize that we have information and solutions they can't access on their own and are eager to co-create solutions by combining our insights with their top research.

Organizers are midwives of brilliance.png

Organizers Are Midwives of Brilliance

Organizers are the midwives of community brilliance. Through deep and expansive listening, they breathe life into community ideas, giving them the momentum needed to create lasting impact.

We Reach Edges.png

We Reach the Edges

We reach those at the very edges of economic survival — the brilliant, overlooked individuals whose life experience holds the key to solving our toughest economic challenges, yet who are seldom asked for their insight. They are the ones who shape our agenda.

We Fuse Organizing and Programs

We fuse the power of organizing with impactful programs, creating a synergy that thrives on deep connections with those living challenges we tackle, ensuring our efforts are both effective and transformative by directly benefiting those most affected.

We Cultivate Brave Leaders

We're constantly seeking  out leaders who embody curiosity and bravery, which are essential qualities that drive our youth to break through barriers, reshape the culture of possibility, redefine our potential, and lead the way in transforming our communities for a lasting, generational impact.

We Make Learning Powerful

We blend art, culture, and storytelling with interactive learning experiences that honor diverse ways of knowing, spark creativity, and build cultural pride—making the fundamentals relevant, engaging, and memorable.

We Call Out the Slip'N'Slide

We call the prison pipeline the school-to-prison "Slip'N'Slide" because one small misstep can sweep our youth into a failing system. Although infuriating, we channel that anger into organizing and fighting back for the common good of our communities.

We Bridge Divides

Starting in unincorporated rural areas, we've bridged the rural-urban divide by forging strong relationships with urban counterparts, creating a unified force for shared progress and understanding.
